Product Description

Nagzole Injection is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) used for rapid and effective suppression of stomach acid. It is specially formulated for intravenous use in patients who cannot take oral medication or require immediate acid control in hospital settings.

Mechanism of Action

Omeprazole works by inhibiting the H⁺/K⁺ ATPase enzyme (proton pump) in the gastric parietal cells.
This action:

• Blocks final step of acid production
• Significantly reduces gastric acid secretion
• Promotes healing of ulcers and erosions

Nagzole Injection is used in:

• Severe GERD (Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease)
